Westhill Academy can also provide advisory services directly to students as an integrated part of their school curriculum. Abbas Yaghobi, PhD
Education Consultant
Mr. Abbas Yaghobi has assisted hundreds of young minds to obtain college and university acceptance from European and North American colleges and universities. With his extensive background in education policies and systems, profound understanding of the industry and over 15 years of experience in the field, he continues to inspire young minds to make their dreams a reality. Dr. Yaghobi worked in higher education and research industry by taking on different roles in Turkey and United Arab Emirates prior to his move to Canada as a perminanent residence back in 1999. After his arrival, Mr. Yaghobi worked in Immigration Services Society of British Columbia, where he provided education and career consulting to new immigrants to Canada. Dr. Yaghobi attended the Immigration Practitioner Program at Ashton College in 2008 to be a part of the system that he experienced and found very impressive.
Amanda Cheng
Immigration Consultant
As a registered member in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) as well as a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC), Amanda provides immigration services to all clients per Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA), Immigration Refugee Protection Regulations(IRPR), Operational instructions and guidelines. Amanda has the experience working in Canadian university admissions office for over 10 years by serving International students. Amanda speaks English and Mandarin.
